1. طعام الحيوانات الأليفة: لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال أي طعام حيوانات أليفة بعد الشراء، وذلك لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والسلامة.

2. المنتجات الأخرى: يمكنكم استرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج آخر خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وعبوته الأصلية. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تكاليف الشحن المتعلقة بعملية الاسترجاع أو التبديل.
